Coming off a 65-6 home win on Saturday, Tommie football remains No. 6 in this week’s national rankings. The Toms (3-1) are the lone once-beaten in the rankings.

The top seven teams stayed the same this week, led by Mount Union, Linfield, Mary Hardin-Baylor and North Central.

Bethel (fifth), UST (sixth) and Concordia-Moorhead (22nd) give the MIAC three teams in the top 25. Once-beatens Augsburg and St. John’s are among the top point getters among unranked teams.

This is the 49th consecutive poll by which has St. Thomas in its top 10.

The Tommies have allowed just five touchdowns in four games. Their league-low 227 yards of offense allowed includes just 71.8 rushing yards a contest.
