Barkley leads MIAC, 7th nationally in rushing

UST sophomore running back Jake Barkley of Robbinsdale Armstrong leads the MIAC and ranks seventh in NCAA Division III rushing. In three conference games -- all 100-plys yard rushing outings -- he's averaging 201.7 ypg. In four games overall, he's averaging 167 ypg. He's also ranked 21st nationally in all-purpose yards and second in MIAC scoring with six touchdowns in three games.

The Tommie offense leads the MIAC and ranks 20th nationally in rushing offense. UST ranks third in MIAC total defense with 321.7 ypg allowed in the 2-1 conference start.
