Football's Ubbelohde gets military award

St. Thomas linebacker Andrew Ubbelohde (SR-Red Wing), a midshipman of the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps' Twin Cities Unit at the University of Minnesota, is one of 11 midshipmen from a nationwide pool of more than 4,500 selected for the Olmsted overseas travel program.

The Olmsted Foundation provides annual grants for travel to enhance development of future military leaders by letting young officers and officer candidates study in foreign cultures.
