Men's soccer gets 6-0 victory at UW-Superior

The St. Thomas men's soccer team improved to 4-1 on the season with Saturday's 6-0 win at UW-Superior. Six different players scored goals for the Tommies, three in each half, and two other players added assists. The Toms led 1-0 but scored twice in the final five minutes of the first half to take control.

In their four wins the Tommies have now outscored four non-conference foes 23-2.

UST opens MIAC play Wednesday night at Macalester and begins its home season Friday vs. Upper Iowa (4 p.m.).
