Men's Soccer stays unbeaten in MIAC

Thomas Gjervold scored two mid-game goals to help the visiting Tommies score a 3-1 win over Bethel in MIAC men's soccer play Saturday.
St. Thomas (4-2-1 overall, 1-0-1 MIAC) used a goal by Joe Voeller in the fifth minute to take a 1-0 lead. Gjervold scored in the 43rd and 54th minutes. Dan Hutton was in goal all 90 minutes.
The Royals (1-6, 0-2) were outshot 18-7 in shots on goal.
St. Thomas is off until next Saturday when it visits Augsburg.
