The St. Thomas men's soccer team remained unbeaten in the MIAC with Saturday's crucial 3-2 road win at St. Olaf. Henry Nwadula scored in the 72 minute to break a 1-1 tie, and Derek Engler made it 3-1 with a goal in the 82nd minute.
Joe Voeller also scored a goal and Thomas Gjervold added two assists for St. Thomas.
The Tommies (10-3-2 overall, 5-0-2 MIAC) stayed in the championship race and moved closer to securing a berth in the four-team MIAC playoffs with three conference games to go.
UST plays Wednesday night at Macalester (7:30 p.m.).
