Swimming & Diving sets season awards

The St. Thomas men's and women's swimming and diving teams announced their 2004-05 team awards at Sunday's postseason banquet. Coach Tom Hodgson listed the awards for women and men, below:

Most Improved: Susan Verly and Chris Scrabeck (wins the Greg Fitzpatrick Memorial)

Most Team Spirit: Kate Boran and Adam Groebner

Jerry Olson Memorial (Most Valuable): Cathleen Daly and Kate Boran; and Dave Linn

Kristen Murray Trophy (Women's Scholar Athlete): Kate Boran and Krysy Harrod

Men's Scholar Athlete was re-named the David T. Linn Trophy, as he won it for the third consecutive year.

The Kirchgessner-Klein-Omar Award was presented to Adam Groebner.
