Senior T.J. Hardy had three top-10 finishes and freshman Mathew Moore had three top-13 placings to lead the Tommie men in the non-team scored UW-River Falls Invitational at the U of M Aquatic Center.
The Minnesota Gophers led a field of Division I, II and III teams that joined in the two-day competition.
Hardy took eighth in the 100 free (48.85), ninth in the 50 free (21.99), and ninth in the 100 back (56.60).
Moore was 11th in the 200 back 92:01.77), 12th in the 400 IM (4:26.64); and 13th in the 200 IM (2:03.21).
Other top-20 individual placers for UST were Tim Mullee, 12th in the 50 free (22.34); Kevin Mullee, 13th in the 50 free (22.37) and 20th in the 100 fly (56.64); Tyler Chase, 13th in the 200 free (1:49.78); Mitchell Johnson, 19th in the 200 free (1:51.15); Andrew Spratt, 17th in the 1650 free (18:18.29); and John Stark, 20th in the 100 breaststroke (1:05.69).
In relays, UST placed sixth of 35 in the 200 free (1:28.03). The Toms also placed 10th in the 800 free (7:38.79) and 13th in the 400 medley (3:47.21).
