Men's Tennis rolls to 5-2 win over Luther

The St. Thomas men's tennis team moved to 10-1 on its dual season with Saturday's 5-2 win over a strong Luther team on the St. Catherine courts in St. Paul.

The Norse (18-6) won at first doubles but surrendured the doubles point with Tommie victories at second and third.

The Tommies won at first singles with Tut Fuller, at second singles in three sets with Brian Thomas, at fourth singles with Tom Loper, and at No. 6 singles with freshman Ben Herding.

UST plays at Macalester next Friday and at Concordia-Moorhead April 10.
