Ekpo pops slick triple jump in Iowa

UST senior All-America Eyo Ekpo had a season-best 48-5 1-4 leap Saturday in the triple jump at the Iowa State Open in Ames, Iowa. He placed fifth in the elite field with a mark that is fifth best this season in Division III and the MIAc leader by five feet.
