Men's Track Alumni Meet Results

Cassidy Glad won two events at last Friday's Varsity-Alumni men's indoor track and field meet at UST's Coughlan Fieldhouse.

Glad won the 55 meters (6.74) and 200 meters (23.29). Freshman Zach Turner won the triple jump (39-10 1-2) and the 55 hurdles (8.25). Pat Jager won the 400 (52.00); Eric Baumgartner won the 1000 (3:11.58); Matt Boumeester won the 2000 (5:46.07); Brad Hansen won the pole vault (13-1); Mike Draxton won the long jump (19-6); Mark O'Connell won the shot put (46-10 1-2); and Derek Marks won the weight throw (47-1).

The Toms will compete Saturday at Minnesota State Mankato.

The Toms had four athletes not in the competition and instead competing in Ames, Iowa at the Iowa State Open -- P.J. Theisen, James Ewer, Matt Schroeder and Peter Rosholt).
