Casey Eakins has supported Athletics media production systems and TAP for nearly four seasons. As Senior Media Production Systems Technician in ITS Central Engineering, Eakins is responsible for cutting edge media production technologies that support Athletics media productions and TAP. Additionally, he engineers game day productions (in-house and streaming) and manages production equipment across campus to ensure seamless game days across all sports.

A recent graduate of St. Thomas, Eakins earned his Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media with a concentration in Media Production, along with a minor in Business Administration and Film Studies in May 2024. During his studies, he gained valuable experience working in Tommie Athletic Productions for two years and in ITS in the OEC Multimedia Studio for three years.

A Twin Cities native, Eakins also contributes in-house production support for major sports franchises.
