Volleyball wins 3-1 at St. Kate's, alone in MIAC lead

No. 10-ranked St. Thomas moved back into sole possession of the MIAC lead and secured a conference playoff berth with Friday night's 3-1 win over St. Catherine. The Tommies won 25-17, 19-25, 25-23, 25-19.
St. Ben's ended St. Olaf's win streak at 15 with Friday's 3-0 win. UST (8-1), St. Ben's (7-1) and St. Olaf (7-2) hold the top three spots with one week left in the regular season.
UST hit .229. Kyley Crotty had 15 kills and 25 digs, Tori Jones had 13 kills, four aces and three blocks, Carlie Waibel had 10 kills and 13 digs, Emily Foster had 32 kills, Kaitlin Wachter had 26 digs and Jill Osborne had 10 kills.
The Toms play next Wednesday at Augsburg and play next Saturday at Augsburg.
