Volleyball revises schedule for Oct. 3-4 tourney

The seven-team Macalester-UST National Midseason Preview, set for Friday and Saturday at Macalester, has a revised schedule. The seventh-, fifth-, third-place and championship matches have been cut. Each team will play two matches Friday and two Saturday.

Four nationally-ranked teams highlight the field -- Cal Hayward, St. Thomas, Central and defending national champion UW-Whitewater. The Tommies play Whitewater (4 p.m.) and Loras (8 p.m.) on Friday and face Cal Hayward (9 a.m.) and Central (3 p.m.) on Saturday.
