Volleyball rolls to 3-game win over CSC

The St. Thomas volleyball team moved to 1-1 in MIAC matches with Wednesday's 30-25, 30-19, 30-19 win over St. Catherine.

All-American Amie Lee Aschenbeck had 12 kills, Rachelle Dosch had 11 kills and Erika Wetzel had nine kills and 10 digs for the Tommies (4-8 overall, 1-1 MIAC), who snapped a six-match losing streak.

Charlotte Nagel had seven kills and Bridget Holman had 14 digs for the Wildcats (1-14, 0-2).

St. Thomas plays Friday at Hamline (7:30 p.m. varsity) and Saturday at home vs. Gustavus (3 p.m. varsity).
