Coach Sinn's Comments:
.Strong, athletic swing player with range. She is an extremely hard working player on both ends of the court and in the weight room. By far she is our most physical player with a knack for rebounding. Her enthusiasm, never-quit attitude and work ethic shows in everything she does. She brings a tough as nails mentality into the team dynamic, and it rubs off onto her teammates, making everyone stronger. She is a worker. Haley continues to be dedicated to improving all areas of her game and it shows. She is a graduate of Northfield High School where she lettered in basketball, volleyball, and softball. She received all-conference honors and was captain of all three sports. Her parents are Don and Kim Loesch.
Prior to St. Thomas:
Played varsity basketball, volleyball, and softball for four years. Lettered in basketball and volleyball three years and was captain and a starter for both. Received two All-Conference honors in both basketball and softball, and also received honorable mentions for both. Also lettered four years, was captain, and a four-year starter in softball. Participated in NHS, was five-time Academic All-Conference, two-time Academic All-State, and received the Northfield Booster Club Scholarship.
Personal:
Born December 17th, 1989… daughter of Don and Kim Loesch.
The most important thing I have learned at St. Thomas is….to ask questions if you have one and/or need help.
My advice to a future Tommie basketball player is….hold yourself accountable and always put forth your best effort.
My favorite meal is…tomato soup and grilled cheese.
The funniest story from my childhood is... when I stepped on a rake and it hit me in the face…exactly like a cartoon.
My favorite thing about this team is…girls – they all have a passion for this game. And they’re fun to be around everyday.
