It's official: Women's CC in national meet

The 17th-ranked St. Thomas women's cross country team earned its third consecutive trip to the NCAA meet. Coach Joe Sweeney's team took fourth in Saturday's regional and received an at-large berth to next Saturday's national race at St. Olaf.

The men's and women's field will each have 32 teams. The women's race starts at 11 a.m., while the men's race starts at noon.

The Tommies placed 15th in 2005 and 18th in 2006.
