The Tommie women's hockey team skated to a 2-2 overtime tie with UW-Eau Claire on Tuesday night in non-conference play on home ice in Mendota Heights.
Alise Riedel stopped 23 of 25 shots in 65:00 for the Tommies (4-4-1), who never trailed.
Mara Stormer had 29 saves for the Blugolds (6-6-3).
Freshman trasnfer Megan Juricko of Eagan, playing her first game with the Tommies, scored a goal at 9:02 of the third priod to snap a 1-1 tie. But UWEC's Sam Knutson scored a slick goal with 4:46 remaining to tie the game.
Christina Rozeske had the first goal for St. Thomas. UST assists came from Tara Baago, Rachel Friberg, Mary Grace Flesher and Courtney Umland.
The Tommies play Wednesday night at UW-Stevens Point.
