Women's Hockey rolls to 6-2 win over CSC

The St. Thomas women's hockey team broke a three-game losing streak with Friday's 6-2 win over visiting St. Catherine in MIAC action at Parade Ice Garden.

Tomery Stolz had two goals and one assist and Alison Holland added a goal and an assist for the Tommies. UST's Karissa Stapf stopped 16 of 18 shots in goal.

The Tommies improved to 6-6-3 overall and 5-3-3 in the MIAC. The Wildcats dropped to 7-6-1, 5-4-1 in the MIAC. The teams play again Saturday (5 p.m.) at Drake Arena on the St. Paul Academy campus.
