Katie Bromback shares MIAC weekly honor in pool
January 19, 2010St. Thomas' Katie Bromback (FR-Sparta, N.J.) Monday was named MIAC co-Athlete of the Week in women's 
swimming and diving.
Bromback had season-best times in four events at the St. Olaf Triple Dual on Saturday. Individually, she placed first against St. Olaf and second overall in the 200 butterfly (2:13.35) and the 100 butterfly (1:01.23). Bromback was also a member of the 200 medley relay, where her 32.23 breaststroke split helped the Tommies to first against St. Olaf and second overall. She also placed second against St. Olaf and fourth overall in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:35.16.
