Women's Tennis loses at D-II St. Cloud State

St. Cloud State set a school record for season wins on Sunday with two victories, including a 7-2 defeat of St. Thomas.

The Division II Huskies climbed to 23-8 overall, while the Tommies dropped to 11-5. Hadey Syverud won at fifth singles, and joined Madeline Gail to win at second doubles. UST lost 9-8 at first doubles with Alex Frank and Ali Bruflodt.

UST closes its regular season next Sunday at noon in a dual meet against Gustavus in Fridley's Moore Lake Lifetime Fitness Facility.
