Women Trackster Dehn improves provisional mark

see complete results hereSt. Thomas sophomore Selina Dehn moved up 13 spots on the Division III provisional list in the triple jump to highlight the Tommie performances at Thursday's UW-LaCrosse Qualifier meet. Dehn jumped 38-7 1-2, a career best by 10 inches, to move from 23rd to 10th.
Junior Jenny Olin took 34 seconds off her season best in the 5,000 meters and hit an NCAA provisional qualifying time. Olin ran 17:45.46 for second place, just under the 17:46 standard. She still is seeded 37th which will fall short of the national cutoff.
Katie Theisen took fifth in the 400 hurdles (63.60), second in the long jump (17-10 1-4) and fifth in the triple jump (36-9 3-4).
In the 200 meters, Molly Bauman took second (25.74), Christina Chapman placed fourth (26.12) and Shionna Evans placed eighth (26.90). Bauman also took eighth in the 100 hurdles (15.43).
In the discus, Carol Comp was eighth (130-10) and Shara Guidry took 10th (128-8).
