Jeff "Duke" Boeser graduated with a BA from the University of St. Thomas in 1975. At the University, he was named to the NAIA All-Tournament team (1975), was named the MVP of the NAIA National Tournament (1974), and was named conference MVP (1974). Boeser was twice a member of the All-MIAC team (1973-74 and 1974-75). His 201 career points (97 goals, 104 assists) rank third all time in the MIAC. He was a member of the 1976 U.S. Olympic Hockey Team, and was named head coach of the University of St. Thomas hockey team in 2010 after a 25-year career as a St. Thomas assistant.
