Close call, but Men's Hockey can't knock off No. 1

A third-period goal snapped a 1-1 tie and lifted No. 1-ranked UW-Stevens Point to a 2-1 win over No. 15-ranked St. Thomas in non-conference men's hockey play Saturday night in Stevens Point, Wis.

Freshman Luke Radetic scored UST's goal in the second period. Andrew Rohkohl stopped 30 of 32 shots in goal.

The Tommies (3-2-1) dropped two 2-1 road decisions this weekend to top-10 ranked teams. 

Coach Jeff Boeser's team is off competition next weekend and returns to Stevens Point for two games in the Pointers' Thanksgiving tournament Nov. 23-24.
