Men's Soccer rolls past Johnnies

No. 11-ranked Tommie Men's Soccer got goals from five different players in Saturday's 5-1 road victory at St. John's.

St. Thomas (6-1 overall, 2-0 MIAC), which tied ts game at St. John's last season, never trailed on Saturday. It posted a 4-1 edge in corner kicks and a 12-7 advantage in shots on goal. Aidan Hogan had six saves in net.

Christian Elliehausen scored in the fifth minute to set the tone for UST. Lucas Horton, Justin and Tyler Oliver, and Will Kidd also scored goals.

Shae Bottom collected two assists and the Oliver twins asissted on each other's goals.

St. Thomas is 9-1-1 in its last 11 road games against conference teams dating back to 2015.

The Toms play next Saturday at Gustavus.
