Men's Tennis holds off Pipers, 5-4

St. Thomas Men's Tennis moved to 4-0 on the season with a hard-fought 5-4 defeat of Hamline in MIAC play Friday night at the University of Minnesota Baseline courts.

St. Thomas' depth shined through as it won third doubles and Nos. 3-4-5-6 singles.

Erich Nuss and Nick Vossen won in singles and doubles to lead the comeback win. Tristan Fjelstad and Eshan Varma also run in singles. Jordan Schenck lost a three-set decision at second singles.

The Toms face Carleton Sunday (8:30 a.m.) at the Baseline courts.
