But a knee injury suffered in Thursday's practice knocked senior All-America goalie Kenzie Torpy out of both weekend games took a lot of wind out of the Tommies' collective sail.
Freshman Eryn Cooley stopped 29 of 32 goals in Friday's 3-0 loss to Hamline. Cooley came back Saturday and stopped 23 of 24 shots and killed all three Adrian power plays.
St. Thomas came in 6-1 this season in games decided by one goal, and the loss was in overtime. But Adrian helped limit the Tommie scoring chances.
