The Tommie goal came off a Gustavus goal kick. Senior Brielle Bierman won the ball, heading it right to a cutting DeBoom, who chipped it over the Gustie keeper to even the score.
St. Thomas (12-3-3) had a 7-1 edge in shots on goal and a 4-2 advanatge in corner kicks but were unable to close out several scoring opportunities late in the second half and in each overtime.
