Conference women's soccer runner-up St. Thomas had three players among 39 recognized on the 2017 United Soccer Coaches All-North Region honor teams.
Junior forward Malloy DeBoom was among 13 on first team; senior defender Hailey Zweber was among 13 on second team; and junior midfielder Bri Bourdage was among 13 on third team.
The Toms (13-4-3) went 1-1 in the NCAA playoffs.
DeBoom, a native of Edina, is a repeat All-Region honoree. An All-America selection last season, DeBoom has scored 28 goals and 15 assists in 60 career games, with 15 game-winning goals. St. Thomas is 32-0-4 in games on her career when DeBoom scores a goal or an assist.
Zweber, a native or Prior Lake, had two goals and two assists this season. In 59 career games she had three goals and eight assists, and the Toms were 10-0-1 in games shen she scored a point.
Bourdage of Centennial High has played in 54 games over her first three seasons and had recorded five goals and six assists. UST is 10-0-1 in games on her career when she scores in double figures.
St. Thomas has built a 42-13-5 over the last three seasons under Coach Sheila McGill, with two MIAC championships and two NCAA playoff appearances.
