Where to park, what to bring, when to arrive—Tommie game days just got easier. Plan your visit, get the essentials, and make sure you’re in your seat when the action begins.

ADA Accommodations
LPAA is fully ADA-compliant. Accessible seating and restrooms are available. For assistance, please contact Guest Services located inside the Main Entrance or by phone at 651-962-5900.
ADA Seating
ADA seating is located on both the 100 and 200 levels, with various options available in the suite areas, in the following sections:
- Sections: 107, 111, 112, 114, 115, 118, 120, 222
Companion seats are available next to accessible seating areas. One companion seat can be purchased in conjunction with an ADA seat purchase to accommodate friends/family members or other guests attending with those who need accessible seating.
ADA Ticketing/Exchanges & Refunds
Accessible tickets can be purchased online through the official Tommie Sports ticketing website (look for the blue wheelchair icon), at the Tommie Ticket Office located inside the Northeast entrance of the arena, or by phone at 651-962-5900.
If guests need to exchange their tickets for accessible seats, please contact the Ticket Office, preferably at least 48 hours before the event. The Tommie Ticket Office will make every effort to relocate guests to accessible seats, if they are still available.
The Tommie Ticket Office has a strict no-refund policy on all tickets purchased, including accessible seating.

Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs)/Closed Captioning
ALDs are available in the Guest Services office inside the Main Entrance. Guests will need to leave collateral (driver's license, credit card, etc.) to check one out.
Closed captioning is available on the Tommie Sports App: Google Play | App Store or through the QR code on directory signage.
Alcohol Policy
The LPAA complies with Minnesota state law, which prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to individuals under the age of 21. In alignment with university policies and to promote a safe and respectful environment, the following alcohol policies are in place:
Service Restrictions
- Alcohol is only available for purchase and consumption in designated premium seating areas.
- Alcohol is not available in general seating areas or at general concession stands.
Proof of Age
Guests who appear to be 30 years of age or younger must present valid identification. Accepted forms of ID include:
- Valid United States driver's license
- Valid U.S. State or Federal Government-issued ID
- Valid U.S. Passport or Passport Card
- Valid Military ID issued by the U.S. Department of Defense
- Valid Foreign Passport
Purchase Limits
- Guests may not purchase or possess more than two (2) alcoholic beverages per person, per ID.
- Alcohol sales will end at predetermined times, based on the event:
- Men's Basketball games: 10-minute mark of the second half
- Women's Basketball games: End of the third quarter
- Men's/Women's Hockey games: Start of the third period
Prohibited Conduct
- Alcohol will not be served to anyone under 21 or visibly impaired guests.
- No alcohol may be brought in or removed from the arena.
- Guests found deliberately concealing alcohol while entering will be denied entry.
- Guests found with outside alcohol within LPAA will be removed from the arena.
- Management reserves the right to confiscate alcohol or containers used to conceal alcohol.
- Venue staff or authorized alcohol vendors are permitted by law to confiscate any form of ID if they have reasonable grounds to believe it has been altered, falsified, or is being misused.
- Any guest who is visibly intoxicated, disruptive, or interfering with others' enjoyment of the event may be removed from the arena.
Enforcement
- Trained alcohol management and security personnel will monitor and enforce all policies.
- LPAA and University leadership reserve the right to modify or suspend alcohol service at any time for safety or policy reasons.
It is the responsibility of each guest to ensure that they have a safe means of transportation when leaving the facility.
Animals
Only service animals trained to perform specific tasks for a guest with a disability are permitted. Pets or emotional-support animals are not allowed within LPAA.

Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations can be found in most public restrooms located throughout LPAA.
Bag Searches
All guests will be subject to a search of their person and possessions prior to entering the arena. All permissible bags per the policy of the event will be permitted into the stadium after a thorough inspection by security personnel. Guests should be prepared to open their bags for inspection and may be asked by security personnel to shift and possibly remove the contents.

Banners
Handheld banners and signs that are 24" x 36" or smaller are permitted within LPAA, provided they do not contain advertising and are not offensive in nature. However, banners may not be hung in the arena and must be small enough to be handheld and not obstruct the view of others or cover stadium signage or scoreboards. LPAA security reserves the right to remove these items from guests' possession if deemed inappropriate for any and all reasons.

Bicycles
LPAA encourages guests to utilize bicycle transportation when visiting the arena. Bike racks can be found North of the main entry.

Cameras
Guests are welcome to use still cameras for personal use at LPAA. Tripods, mono pods, “selfie sticks” and cameras with a detachable lens will NOT be permitted into the arena. Video cameras and video recording of events with other devices at LPAA are prohibited.

Cashless Venue
LPAA is a fully cashless venue. All purchases, including concessions and merchandise, must be made using credit/debit cards or mobile payment methods. NO CASH ACCEPTED.
All major credit cards are accepted (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express) along with mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payment apps such as Venmo, Cash App, etc., are NOT accepted.

The University of St. Thomas is proud of the enthusiasm, support, and sportsmanship demonstrated by our guests. As a venue that hosts basketball, hockey, and a variety of other events, we recognize that the energy and behavior of our supporters play a vital role in shaping the overall experience. Our goal is to foster a high-energy environment that supports our teams and performers while maintaining a family-friendly atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
To ensure that every guest enjoys a positive experience, whether attending a game, concert, or another event, we ask that all attendees act responsibly and show consideration for others.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited at LPAA and all parking garages/lots, facilities and areas controlled by the University of St. Thomas:
- Unruly, Disruptive, or Illegal Behavior
- Any conduct that disrupts the event or creates unsafe situations. This includes illegal actions or behavior that endangers others.
- Inappropriate or Dangerous Actions
- Behavior that poses a danger to guests, performers, participants, or staff. This includes actions that result in damage to the arena or any personal property.
- Intoxication or Impairment
- Alcohol or substance impairment leading to irresponsible behavior.
- Obscene Language or Gestures
- Profanity, offensive language, and obscene gestures directed at any individual.
- Interference with the Event
- Throwing objects onto the arena floor, interfering, or disrupting the event.
- Failure to Follow Staff Instructions
- Failure to follow the directions of law enforcement, Guest Services Representatives, or security personnel. Staff are here to ensure safety and enjoyment for all.
- Harassment of Others
- Verbal or physical harassment of others, whether directed at fellow guests, performers, or staff. Respect for all individuals is a core value at LPAA.
- Obstructing Views
- Guests should avoid obstructing the views of others, whether by standing in aisles or blocking sight lines from their seats.
- Discriminatory Language and Behavior
- Any language or gestures that are discriminatory or derogatory based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or other characteristics. This includes language intended to provoke confrontation or physical violence.
Season Ticket Holders are responsible for the behavior of any guests using their tickets. If a guest using a season ticket is removed from an event by security or law enforcement due to misconduct, a Letter of Warning may be issued by the University of St. Thomas or the Athletics Department.
In cases of severe misconduct or repeat ejections, the University reserves the right to restrict or revoke the season ticket holder’s future purchasing privileges.
A season ticket may also be revoked immediately for the remainder of the current sport season if used by an individual involved in any of the following conduct while on arena property:
- Being transported to a medical or detox facility due to excessive intoxication or drug use.
- Being cited or arrested for throwing objects, resisting arrest, battery, public urination, or disorderly conduct involving violence or indecency.
- Being arrested for any violation of Minnesota state law.
Guest misconduct can be reported to any staff member or at Guest Services. All reports will be forwarded to security personnel.
Concessions
Concession stands are located on the Main Concourse of the arena behind Sections 103, 110, 112, 116, 123.

Costumes
Costumes are permitted but must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Props such as knives, guns, whips, etc., are not allowed.
- Clothing must be appropriate and not obscene or offensive.
- Costumes may not interfere with other guests' sightlines.
- Masks or facial coverings must be removed during the security screening process, on the concourse, and at all concession/retail locations. Masks or facial coverings may only be worn within the arena bowl in the ticketed seating area, as long as they do not create a distraction for other guests.

Drones
For the safety of all guests, the operation of drones, unmanned aircraft and remote-controlled aircraft at University of St. Thomas is strictly prohibited without advance written consent. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.

Emergency Evacuation
In the event of an emergency, LPAA team members have been trained and instructed to assists guests in evacuating the arena. All guests should familiarize themselves with the emergency evacuation video played throughout the arena, including on the video boards, before each event. It is a good idea to identify two emergency exits closest to your seat location. Families and groups should pre-designate a meeting location outside of the arena in the event of an evacuation. Guests are asked to remain calm and follow the instructions of LPAA team members and the public address announcer. If guests have any questions about the location of an emergency exit, please refer to the arena diagrams or ask an LPAA representative for assistance.
Entry Information
Entry times vary based on guests' ticket type—please review the details below to ensure a smooth arrival:
- Premium Ticket Holders: Entry begins 60 minutes prior to game time via the Premium Entrance.
- General Ticket Holders: Entry begins 60 minutes prior through the Main Entrance.
- Student Section: Entry begins 60 minutes prior to game time via the Premium Entrance.
LPAA has a NO RE-ENTRY policy.
F
Floor Access
Floor access is limited to those with proper credentials. Everyone attempting to access the floor will be stopped and their credential checked. Patrons may not walk across the floor to get to a different seating section.
First Aid & Mother's Room
If a guest needs medical attention, alert the nearest staff member immediately.
AEDs are located throughout the arena concourse.
First Aid services are located behind Section 106.
A Mother's Room is located behind Section 106.

Guest Services
LPAA and St. Thomas Staff are available throughout the arena to assist with any needs during an event.
- Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs) / Closed Captioning: ALDs are available upon request at Guest Services located inside the Main Entrance. Closed captioning is available on the Tommie Sports App: Google Play | App Store or through the QR code on directory signage.
- Contact: For additional questions or accessibility needs, email tickets@stthomas.edu or visit the Guest Services Office located inside the Main Entrance.
- Directory Signage: Wayfinding signage is located throughout the arena and within the official Tommie Athletics mobile app to help guests navigate restrooms, concessions, exits, and amenities.
- Family Reunification: In the event guests are separated from their party, please report to the Guest Services Office for assistance. Arena staff are trained to help reconnect guests safely and quickly.
- Guest Services Office: Located near the main concourse entrance, the office is staffed from doors open through the end of each event.
- Lost and Found: Items found during events may be turned in to Guest Services located inside the Main Entrance. The University of St. Thomas and LPAA are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Sensory Advisory: LPAA features enhanced audio and visual elements, including loud noises and flashing lights. Guests with sensory sensitivities are encouraged to prepare accordingly.

Merchandise & Apparel
Tommie’s Locker Room is the official in-venue merchandise provider for Tommie Athletics and is located behind Section 103.

Metal Detection
For the safety of all guests at LPAA, all guests entering the arena will have their bag searched and walk through a metal detector or be screened with hand-held metal detectors to search for PROHIBITED ITEMS.

Outside Food & Beverage
Outside food and beverages are not permitted into LPAA. Exceptions may be made for medically necessary items.

Parking & Transportation
All event parking on campus is pre-assigned.
Guests are strongly encouraged to select a parking lot at checkout. Parking passes must be presented to park in the Anderson Parking Facility and Anderson Student Center Parking Garage. If guests do not select a parking pass at checkout or purchased on the secondary market, guests may park in Frey Parking Garage, McNeely Parking Ramp, Morrison R2 Parking Ramp, or Schoenecker Hall North Parking Garage. Carpooling, public transportation or rideshare, such as MOOV, are strongly encouraged.
Parking at the Anderson Parking Facility and Anderson Student Center opens 90 minutes before game time for premium ticket holders. General ticket parking opens 60 minutes before game time.

Please allow extra time on game days and follow signage (including street signage as many streets are permit only parking) and staff directions when arriving on campus. Event guests may be ticketed and towed if parked illegally on residential streets.
Tailgating is not allowed within the Anderson Parking Facility or any St. Thomas campus ramps/garages/lots.
The rideshare loading and unloading area is located along the West corner of Summit Avenue and Cretin Avenue, on the North side of the O'Shaughnessy Science Hall.

Prohibited Items
To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience, the following items are prohibited from entry into University of St. Thomas athletic venues. Guests found in possession of these items may be denied admission or removed from the facility.
- Advertising of any kind unless pre-approved by St. Thomas Athletics
- Alcoholic beverages
- Aerosol cans (including mace, pepper spray, hairspray, etc.)
- Animals (Only service animals trained to perform specific tasks for a guest with a disability are permitted.) No pets or emotional support animals
- Balloons, inflatables, balls, or projectiles
- Bags (including backpacks) larger than 12" x 6" x 12" (Medical exceptions allowed/All bags are subject to search)
- Confetti, glitter, or body paint
- Containers including glass bottles, thermoses, and coolers
- Electronics including drones, remote controlled vehicles, laptops, tablets, laser pointers, video recorders, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, or cameras (with detachable lenses)
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Obscene, offensive or indecent clothing or signage
- Outside food or beverages - Exceptions may be made for medical needs or small children - Each guest may bring one (1) factory-sealed plastic water bottle (20oz)
- Strollers, skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, or wheeled footwear
- Tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices
- Weapons including guns, knives, ropes, pepper spray, and items deemed dangerous or inappropriate
- Any other items deemed inappropriate or unsafe at the discretion of University of St. Thomas Athletics and Public Safety

Resale of Tickets/Scalping
Guests that purchase tickets from someone other than through St. Thomas Athletic Department or Paciolan do so at their own risk and with the understanding that the tickets could be counterfeit. St. Thomas Athletics and LPAA are not responsible for, and will not provide a replacement or refund of any kind, for invalid tickets purchase through a secondary ticket provider. Please report any potential illegal scalping activity to the nearest security personnel or St. Thomas Public Safety.

Security Screening
All guests are subject to security screening prior to entry, which may include inspection of bags, handheld items, and/or walkthrough metal detectors. By presenting a ticket and entering the venue, guests consent to such screening procedures and waive any related claims against the University of St. Thomas.
Guests who choose not to consent to the screening will be denied entry.
Please note that the level of security screening may vary by event at the discretion of University of St. Thomas Athletics.
SEE Something, SAY Something
The If You See Something, Say Something campaign is a simple and effective program to engage the public and key frontline team members in identifying and reporting indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to the proper transportation and law enforcement authorities. If guests See Something, Say Something! To report suspicious activity, see the nearest Guest Services Representative or security personnel.
Smoking Policy
The University of St. Thomas campus prohibits the use, distribution, advertisement, promotion, marketing and sale of tobacco and smoking/vaping products, including cannabis products, and tobacco- and smoking/vaping-related merchandise (including logo-containing items) at all St. Thomas-sponsored events.
Solicitation/Sampling/Peddling
Guests should be aware that the distribution of banners, business cards, booklets, commercial advertising, flyers, notices, posters, pamphlets, stickers, t-shirts and/or printer materials is prohibited at LPAA. This includes any exchange of money while on arena property including the solicitation for donations, charities, teams or clubs and sale or peddling of any products/food/drink. Any guest who persists in solicitation while on LPAA or University of St. Thomas property will be subject to ejection or, as necessary, arrest.

Video Recording
University of St. Thomas policies prohibit the recording of any live event at LPAA. Any guest found to be recording any part of an event may be subject to ejection or arrest.

Water Fountains
Water fountains and water hydration stations are located throughout the LPAA concourse at Sections 106, 111, 122.
Will Call
Will Call is located within the Box Office inside the premium entrance of the arena. Guests picking up Will Call tickets need to provide a valid photo ID and, if purchased online, the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

Emergency Evacuation
In the event of an emergency, O'Shaughnessy Stadium team members have been trained and instructed to assists guests in evacuating the stadium. All guests should familiarize themselves with the emergency evacuation video played throughout the stadium, including on the video boards, before each event. It is a good idea to identify two emergency exits closest to your seat location. Families and groups should pre-designate a meeting location outside of the arena in the event of an evacuation. Guests are asked to remain calm and follow the instructions of O'Shaughnessy Stadium team members and the public address announcer. If you have any questions about the location of an emergency exit, please refer to the stadium diagrams or ask an O'Shaughnessy Stadium representative for assistance.
Entry Information
Entry times vary based on your ticket type—please review the details below to ensure a smooth arrival:
- Premium Ticket Holders: Entry begins 90 minutes prior to game time via the Premium Entrance within Anderson Athletic & Recreation Complex.
- Regular Ticket Holders: Entry begins 60 minutes prior to the game via Gate A.
- Student Section: Entry begins 90 minutes prior to game time via Gate C.
O'Shaughnessy Stadium has a NO RE-ENTRY policy.

Field Access
Field access is limited to those with proper credentials. Everyone attempting to access the field will be stopped and their credential checked. Patrons may not walk across the field to get to a different seating section. They must walk around the stands and through the concourse to the section they would like to sit.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted into LPAA. Exceptions may be made for medically necessary items.

Parking & Transportation
All event parking on campus is pre-assigned.
St. Thomas Athletics in accordance with University parking, allows general single game parking at no cost in the Anderson Parking Facility on South Campus between Cretin and Grand Ave. The Anderson Student Center ramp located just off Cretin Ave. is reserved for season ticket holders.

Please allow extra time on game days and follow signage (including street signage as many streets are permit only parking) and staff directions when arriving on campus. Event attendees may be ticketed and towed if parked illegally on residential streets.
Tailgating is not allowed within the Anderson Parking Facility or any St. Thomas campus ramps/garages/lots.

Resale of Tickets/Scalping
Guests that purchase tickets from someone other than through St. Thomas Athletic Department or Paciolan do so at their own risk and with the understanding that the tickets could be counterfeit. The St. Thomas Athletics and O'Shaughnessy Stadium are not responsible for, and will not provide a replacement or refund of any kind for invalid tickets purchase through a secondary ticket provider. Please report any potential illegal scalping activity to the nearest security personnel or St. Thomas Public Safety.

All guests are subject to security screening prior to entry, which may include inspection of bags, handheld items, and/or walkthrough metal detectors. Bag Searches
All guests will be subject to a search of their person and possessions prior to entering the arena. All permissible bags per the policy of the event will be permitted into the arena after a thorough inspection by a security personnel. Guests should be prepared to open their bags for inspection and may be asked by security personnel to shift and possibly remove the contents.
Banners
Handheld banners and signs that are 18"x24" or smaller are permitted within Schoenecker Arena, provided they do not contain advertising and are not offensive in nature. However, banners may not be hung in the arena and must be small enough to be handheld and not obstruct the view of others or cover arena signage or scoreboards. Schoenecker security reserves the right to remove these items from your possession if deemed inappropriate for any and all reasons.

Bicycles
Schoenecker Arena encourages guests to utilize bicycle transportation when visiting the arena. Bike racks can be found West of the main entrance, outside O’Shaughnessy Stadium, for you to park and lock your bike while visiting the arena.

- Any conduct that disrupts the event or creates unsafe situations. This includes illegal actions or behavior that endangers others.

- Behavior that poses a danger to guests, performers, participants, or staff. This includes actions that result in damage to the arena or any personal property.
- Intoxication or Impairment
- Alcohol or substance impairment leading to irresponsible behavior.
- Obscene Language or Gestures
- Profanity, offensive language, and obscene gestures directed at any individual.
- Interference with the Event
- Throwing objects onto the arena floor, interfering, or disrupting the event.
- Failure to Follow Staff Instructions
- Failure to follow the directions of law enforcement, Guest Services Representatives, or security personnel. Staff are here to ensure safety and enjoyment for all.
- Harassment of Others
- Verbal or physical harassment of others, whether directed at fellow guests, performers, or staff. Respect for all individuals is a core value at Schoenecker Arena.
- Obstructing Views
- Guests should avoid obstructing the views of others, whether by standing in aisles or blocking sight lines from their seats.
- Discriminatory Language and Behavior
- Any language or gestures that are discriminatory or derogatory based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or other characteristics. This includes language intended to provoke confrontation or physical violence.
Season Ticket Holders are responsible for the behavior of any guests using their tickets. If a guest using a season ticket is removed from an event by security or law enforcement due to misconduct, a Letter of Warning may be issued by the University of St. Thomas or the Athletics Department.
In cases of severe misconduct or repeat ejections, the University reserves the right to restrict or revoke the season ticket holder’s future purchasing privileges.
