The St. Thomas Intercollegiate Athletic Department aims to prepare student-athletes as future leaders by boldly pursuing comprehensive excellence in all athletic endeavors. Gender Equity Plan
The University of St. Thomas is committed to gender equity in all aspects of the University and its athletics department. As the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics reclassifies from NCAA Division III to Division I, it underwent an extensive Title IX review, beginning in September of 2021. After completing this review, a gender equity plan will be incorporated into the overall Athletics Department strategic plan for the 21-varsity team program.Read the entire plan by visiting this link.
