Week Three

Sophia Barjesteh scored her first goal of the season in the victory over UNI. Tatum Trettel also scored her first goal of the season against Marquette. Mackenzie Jacobson assisted on both goals.

Scouting the Eagles
The Eagles were 9-5-5 during the 2024 season and post a 2-2-1 thus far into 2025. EWU has picked up victories over Southern Utah and most recently over the University of Illinois Chicago.

Senior Chole Pattison leads the Eagles with three goals and two assists, followed by fellow senior Delani Walker with two goals.

EWU is coached by Missy Strasburg, who is in her fifth season at the helm of the program.

This is the second time in program history that these two teams will face-off. The Eagles came away with a 1-0 victory back in 2021.

Scouting the Bengals
The Bengals posted a 2-10-5 record in 2024 and have already tied last year's win total as they sit 2-1-2 thus far into 2025. Their two wins have come over North Dakota State University and CSU Bakersfield.

Idaho State is led by sophomore Talia Coury, who has scored three goals this season.

The Bengals are coached by Dustin Downey, who has entered his fourth season at the helm.

This is the first time in program history that these two programs will meet.

Up Next
